Ouch - got some scalp acupuncture

Hello blog people,

Thank you for following along with me. Many are having some fun along with me. Well - today was a day in which I received my first Chinese scalp acupuncture. Ouch -it really hurt. They laughed and said that foreigners are so Qi and needle sensitive (translation: we're wimps!)

Here it is:

Does it look like it would/should hurt?

They have a kindergarten on the hospital grounds. What's different about this picture is that it's up to the parents to watch their children. Think this would work in America?

We saw this poor little kid on the street and about scared him half to death. We found out that many Chinese are wearing clothing with English writing and really don't know what they say. This kid had on a Phoenix Suns jersey and I went nuts. I pointed to the letters and they said that is where I'm from. Of course, I said it in English and since he can't understand English, he wondered why I was going nuts. Many people stopped to listen as the Chinese are a very curious people. I guess it mattered how many times I said that this was where I was from, no one was understanding me. They smiled a lot and thought I was "full of ghosts."

Yeah, yeah - I heard that. No, I'm NOT full of anything else, thank you!

Love and Peace,

Donna
